DANIEL L. HITZKE, ESQ.

Attorney Daniel L. Hitzke is the founding attorney of Hitzke Law Group. He has almost two decades of experience helping clients with various types of legal matters including workers’ compensation, personal injury, employment law, family law, and criminal law.

Mr. Hitzke is a skilled trial attorney and has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements in courts across California. He is a member of the honored Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes only the top trial lawyers in the United States. His success is the result of a deep-rooted passion for helping clients protect their rights and get justice.

ERICK FERRAN, ESQ.

Attorney Erick Ferran is a partner at Hitzke Law Group where he helps clients with a variety of legal matters. He has successfully litigated cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, real estate, business litigation, and domestic cases. As a skilled trial lawyer, Mr. Ferran has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.
As a California native, Mr. Ferran has a strong connection to the communities he serves. He is fluent in English and Spanish, which is an asset to our diverse client base. He attended the University of California Irvine where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. He then attended the University of New Hampshire School of Law where he focused his studies on business law, criminal law and intellectual property law. Mr. Ferran practices out of the Nevada office of Hitzke Law Group.
When he is not helping clients, Mr. Ferran enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.
